We action abuse reports within one business day. If the reported traffic is attributable to an account, that account is suspended immediately — you do not need to wait for the outcome.

What we do about it

• Suspend first, investigate second. Any account named in a credible report stops taking traffic immediately.
• Destination logging. We record which destinations each account reaches, which is what makes attribution possible at all.
• Consented nodes only. Every exit device is registered by a named human who can terminate it instantly. We do not run covert agents, and we do not enroll hardware we have not been explicitly authorised to use.
• Report back. You will get a resolution notice, including the outcome, unless you ask us not to contact you.
